1. Who I am

2. Using the site

You can browse the site, see my work and get in touch. Please:

• Use it only for lawful purposes and with truthful data.
• Don't try to access the admin panel or other systems, or interfere with the site's security or operation. Unauthorized access to computer systems is a crime in Argentina (Section 153 bis, Criminal Code).
• Don't copy or scrape the content in bulk.

3. Content and intellectual property

The videos, photos, texts, designs and animations on the site are mine or used under license. You may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without my written permission.

Work made for third parties belongs to those clients and is shown with their permission. Pieces marked as concepts are my own projects: the brands in them belong to their owners and don't imply a commission or business relationship. [to complete: confirm each client approved showing their work]

4. Published information and services

Information about services is for guidance only and isn't a binding offer. Each job is agreed separately, in writing (accepted quote or contract), under its own terms.

5. Enquiries and forms

If you write to me through the form, by email or on WhatsApp, I only use your data to reply, as set out in the Privacy policy. Sending an enquiry or requesting a call creates no obligation for either party. [to complete: reply time]

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Argentina's Consumer Protection Law (Law 24,240) where it applies; any clause that did so is void (Section 37).

I may suspend the site for maintenance or technical issues. I don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

If you hire me as a consumer and aren't satisfied with my answer, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office in your jurisdiction or through Argentina's Federal Consumer Protection portal (argentina.gob.ar/produccion/defensadelconsumidor/formulario).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. For consumers, the competent courts are those set by the Consumer Protection Law (Section 36, Law 24,240 and Section 2654, Civil and Commercial Code).
